As a UX Researcher at Maxar, I work in collaboration with designers and engineers to develop and execute user-centered design processes that enhance the user experience of our products.

• Conduct in-depth user interviews to uncover insights and gather feedback
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, engineers, and customer support to integrate user insights into the design and development process
• Synthesize complex research findings into actionable recommendations, translate user needs into design solutions, and drive iterative improvements

• Created customer archetypes and produced research to support next steps in project development
• Wrote and edited a comprehensive foundational document for a major commercial development project
• Created journey maps for customer archetypes to determine business needs

• Managed the Museum of Natural and Cultural History Student Club and outreach for the University of Oregon
• Created and implemented lectures, exhibit openings, tours, and other outreach programs
• Created, managed, and grew the annual budget. Created partnerships with stakeholders, and received awards for excellence in student outreach for three consecutive years
